I was inspired by this little sketch that I came up with. 
The little inversely shaded circle design ended up reminding me of bullet holes or something, haha. 
This look ended up taking a long time, a few hours... I was getting impatient, especially since I had to show the steps I did. I don't know how some of you YouTube gurus do it! Hah. 
Most of the eye colors used were from my WALES palette except for the orange which was NYX Golden OrangeI also used Mary Kay eye primer, MAC Blacktrack fluidline, Rimmel London blue eye kohl, MAC Hello Kitty Tippy blush on my cheeks and Salon Perfect 45 Black lashes.
